A City That Works

Philadelphia City Hall and good customer service? In the same sentence? That is the goal of the Nutter administration. Citizens are helping.

At each of the 10 neighborhood forums, small-group discussions focused on how customer service relates to five topics: education, ethics, healthy and sustainable communities, jobs and economic development, and public safety.

Participants worked with one another to set priorities for their chosen topic. Each group was led by a moderator, whose report will be posted here. Follow the links below to see what citizens were talking about.
